The academic results at Tauheedul Sixth Form compare very favourably with local and national averages:

Overall % A*–C = 87%

Overall % A*–C = 93%
Overall % A*–E = 100%

2016

Overall % A*–C = 86%
Overall % A*–E = 100%

In January 2017, the league tables showed that our Sixth Form compares favourably with local and national post-16 providers.

  •  The average A Level grade is B-. Locally, this average grade is the second highest in the borough.
  • 98% achieved 3 passes at A Level; the highest in the borough and considerably higher than the national average of 79%.
  • The Sixth Form has an A Level value-added score of -0.12, the fourth highest in the borough.
  • The average BTEC grade is ‘Distinction*’ – the highest grade possible – with a value-added score of 0.52.
  • Over 90% of our students complete their study at our Sixth Form.
  • 100% of Tauheedul vocational students achieved the Extended Diploma qualification – considerably higher than the national average of 47% and the second best provider in the borough with 71%.
  • All but one of our students left the Sixth Form having achieved at least a grade ‘C’ in GCSE English and Maths.
