Students donate vital oxygen monitors to East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust

Generous students are helping East Lancashire’s youngest and most fragile hospital patients by donating lifesaving medical equipment to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Burnley General Teaching Hospital.

A group of Year 12 students from Tauheedul Islam Girls High School and Sixth Form College in Blackburn visited the unit to meet parents, staff and babies, and hand over six state-of-the-art pulse-oximeters.
